Financial Firm – Baltimore, MD (Completed)

A long time client had recently purchased another Investment Firm and needed to get them a new more modern space.

This client actually came with their own tenant with whom they share a space with. We were tasked with creating a main design and theme for the newly purchased firm and create a complimentary design and theme for their tenant.

Medium wood tones mixed with light stone create an open and welcoming entry. Sliding metal and glass doors with large sidelight are on all office fronts and conference room fronts to continue the open feel. Workstations and office furniture are all in the same wood as the Reception Area to separate the spaces.

The tenants space has their own entry off of the elevator lobby with a 3D composite wood panel wall back lit to draw attention to their own space. Complimentary colors work with the main space’s design theme as well as a darker wood tone to continue the separation of spaces.

This project was completed in May of 2015, and recently professionally photographed by Ari Burling Photography. An update will follow with the professional photos. Below are the 3D renderings I created for the design presentation.
